Today is the last training day of your bodyweight training plan, Spartan. Let’s check and see how far you’ve progressed.
For today’s cardio, challenge yourself to run 5 kilometers. This can be done outside, on a treadmill, or in any fun run or race setting. Track your pace time from today’s run. We will be using this pace time moving forward into our next training plan. Don’t get used to this pace, though. This will be your slowest 5k time in the foreseeable future.
