Fig and Berry Parfait
Makes 1 serving
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt (we recommend Powerful Yogurt)
- 1 fig, halved
- ¼ cup mixed berries
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp granola or chopped walnuts
Place yogurt in a small bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
Pro Tips: Boost nutrition by stirring 1-2 tsp of chia seeds into the yogurt before adding your toppings.
What a little more flavor? Stir in ½ tsp of vanilla extract.
