A Thai almond butter sauce is a way to dress up almost any dish. We give you three versions to try in this blog.
First, here is a simple recipe for the sauce:
- 2 Tbsp almond butter (We love YumButter)
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp coconut milk
Whisk all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
3 Ways to use this sauce:
- Shred cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions. Add sliced almonds. Mix with sauce for a delicious Asian inspired coleslaw. (or check out our next recipe: Crunchy Asian Quinoa Bowl)
- Stir fry broccoli, onions, and julienned carrots, toss in some cooked chicken, and toss with sauce to finish.
- Wrap up your favorite shredded veggies and use sauce for dipping.
