Spartan Wooden Rings: What Are They?
Wooden Rings are your missing link to an amazing full-body workout. The rings are some of the most versatile pieces of equipment you can own, and they really take your workout to the next level. If you have a stable place to strap them up at your house, great! If not, take them to your local park. They work perfectly with trees and playground apparatuses. For my own use, I typically keep them in my pack on a long run, and end at a park and use the rings to hit a quick bodyweight finisher.
What They Can Do for You
The Wooden Rings can be used for a multitude of exercises, from pulling to core movements — and even a ton of leg movements. One of the major benefits you’ll find is that you get the extra grip and core training when using the rings for any pushing or pulling exercises.
