    Spartan welcomes athletes of all backgrounds to our races. Don’t think you’re an athlete? Do you have a body? You’re an athlete.

    You don’t need to be perfect. Which is a good thing, cause perfection doesn’t exist. This plan will shape you into the strongest version of yourself, which is all you need.

    You will discover the person you truly are along the way. Stop waiting until “next time.” Right now is the time.
