Morning: Wake Up With Joe!

Message of the morning: Don't change your standards. Spartan founder and CEO Joe De Sena urges you to maintain your standards as they were before this virus turned our lives upside down. In fact, now is the time to actually raise your standards and take your life to the next level. Plus, 30 burpees (as per every day), a stretching and mobility routine, and a power stance that increases testosterone.

Mid-Morning Training: Tabata With a Spartan Pro

Spartan pro Brian Gowiski takes us onto his driveway and front yard for an at-home Tabata workout. We're doing three rounds of 20 seconds on/10 seconds of rest. Exercises include tailgate jumps, push-ups, flutter kicks, branch pull-ups, ice skaters and, of course, burpees. Now go outside and get some fresh air!

Today's Snack: Chocolate Protein Energy Bites

We hope you enjoyed yesterday's snack, stovetop kettle corn. For today's Spartan-approved snack, we've decided to shift from savory to sweet. Spartan pro and registered dietician Corinna Coffin presents her chocolate protein energy bites. They take literally 10 minutes to make, require no baking, and contain four simple ingredients. Let us know how they taste. (We already know, but we want to hear you say it.)

Afternoon: Spartan Kids Base Camp, Day 7

Three-time NCAA All-American wrestler and 2008 Olympian Andy Hrovat is back for Day 7 of Spartan Kids Base Camp. (Base stands for battle, athletic, skill, and exercise.) Today's kids workout focuses on strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and movement. Make your kids UNBREAKABLE!
