This mobility exercise is awesome for quickly releasing tightness in the quad that can lead to hip and knee pain.
Start by wrapping the quad with the Acumobility floss band at 50% intensity. The floss should stay on no longer than 30-45 seconds or remove when you start feeling numb is sooner. Then lie the leg into the Acumobility Eclipse foam roller and do small rolls until you find a tight spot. When you find a tight spot stop on it and then move the lower leg through flexion and extension. Do 8 reps on each spot and look for 4 spots on the quad.

Remove immediately if distal limb is tingling, you experience any pain, loss of sensation or if the limb is turning a dusky/purple/pale color or feeling cold.
