Bodyweight training is one of the most beneficial types of training for Spartans. Starting today, we will show you how your body is the only equipment you need to be a strong, stable Spartan.
We are designed to lift ourselves. From the time we learned to lift our head, we’ve been working our muscles with bodyweight training. We are beginning this 28-day workout cycle with working the front half of our body, our pushing muscles.
Remember, it takes 21 days to develop a habit. Commit to the first three weeks to start an active, healthy lifestyle, then that fourth week is a breeze. Let’s do this, Spartan
